Today, I found out from my friend’s younger sister that she uses my pics to motivate herself to workout. The sister said she’ll attach notes to the pics with sayings such as, “you don’t want to turn out like this.”
I am very sad. And I thought we were best friends. Should I address this issue with her or just quietly stay away?

Even if you mention it to her, it won’t change the way she sees you. You can tell her about it so she knows that you know how she feels about you, but there’s no point fighting her about it. She’s entitled to her thought/opinion.

I would say look at it from other perspectives:
A. You are a source of motivation to someone,just maybe not in the way you would have prefered but still a motivation nonetheless.
B.At least you know her thoughts on how you look and she still stays your friend.As long as you are comfortable with your looks,then it really shouldn’t be a problem.
