I have been in a relationship with my fiancee for over a year now. We are set to marry next month and the wedding preparation is going as planned.
My fiancee came to visit last weekend. As I was in the backyard throwing garbage out, I heard my father and my fiancee talking. Apparently, my father paid him money to date and marry me. My father was warning him not to break their deal.
I feel so angry and betrayed. I really love this man and we are set to spend the rest of our lives together. I can’t believe my father would sell me out. I am going to cancel the wedding. There is no way this man can love me.
