My co-workers and I had been very frustrated about our work. We work in a huge factory and get paid peanuts as salary.
I got all my co-workers motivated and decided to lead the protest. The plan was that we were all going to quit, throw our uniforms to the ground and walk out on our boss. I said, “Oya, let’s go”. We all headed for the boss’ office. I went in first. After I gave an emotional speech to my boss, I threw my uniform to the ground. Then I turned around to see the rest follow, they all began laughing. Haa, they didn’t follow o!!! Unknowingly to me, they wanted me to quit.
Now, I am jobless. Na wa o! I no even fit pay rent now…
